The state enjoys a mild maritime climate with summer usually recording average temperatures from approximately 11-21°C (50-72°F), and winter usually staying within the range of 4-11°C (39-52°F). The good news is that there are no extremes of weather unlike the inland of Australia and this pleasant weather is perfect for outdoor activities.
