Step by Step Application process

  1. Complete the application form for international students
    • Contact us to obtain this form
    • Applications may be lodged online, faxed, posted or in person
  2. Fax or post supporting documentation
    • Copy of passport
    • Academic records
    • Employment history if required
    • English language test results
    • Employer references
    • Creative portfolio if required
  3. Receive an offer: A conditional offer may be made if the above requirements are not fully met
  4. Assessment Level 3 and 4 country students will need to apply for their Pre-Visa Assessment (PVA)
  5. Pay tuition fees
    • Pay tuition fees and OSHC as stated in offer letter
    • For those students with conditional offers, send evidence of the above requirement being met
  6. Receive Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
  7. Apply for a student visa
    A receipt, CoE, offer of place letter and OSHC payment evidence must be provided to the embassy when applying for a student visa.
  8. Collect student visa
  9. Arrange travel to Australia / New Zealand
  10. Student orientation
    Information about your school will be provided upon arrival
