Student Testimonial

"There is no better way to travel the world than on a ship filled with the most diverse, unique, and charismatic people you will ever meet. Our final destination is not our goal; it’s what we’re experiencing while getting there."

The Scholarship is an innovative and multicultural model of learning for undergraduate and postgraduate students who wish to further develop their intercultural and leadership competencies in an international environment while having fun at the same time.

During a sixteen-week semester, students from all five continents visit eight countries through the Shore program which includes activities such as academic field programs and independent travel. The setting is truly international and the student body comprises of students from various nationalities and are provided guidance by international staff who are highly qualified and fully trained for such an international learning program. To be a truly international scholar, you need more than basic linguistic skills; you also need to be inter culturally competent in a multicultural setting.

The voyages begin in January and September and the inaugural voyage will set sail in September. Students travel from country to country and live and learn in a truly dynamic environment aboard the ship. When in port (average visit is seven days), students participate in academic field study, community service, shore excursions and independent travel.
