James Cook University

James Cook University (JCU) is a leading Australian research university with research expertise in areas such as marine biology, the environment, tropical health and agriculture. JCU offers excellent research facilities that encourage innovation. Accommodation:
JCU's Accommodation Service provides on-campus accomodation at the Townsville campus for some 1,300 students.

Scholarship availability:
There are two types of scholarships available to international students:

AusAID scholarships are available to students from a few developing countries wishing to study in Australia. For the finer details, please contact your nearest diplomatic mission in your home country.

International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (IPRS) are available to post-graduate students. Unfortunately, there are no scholarships for undergraduate students at present.
