International Scholarship - Academic overview
The purpose of such an educational program is to develop the intercultural
competencies of students in a fun-filled learning environment. This is
achieved through;

• Participation in a learning circle
• The study of core subjects
• The study of elective subjects
• Participation in three compulsory academic field programs

Assessment
This is achieved through an innovative assessment tool called the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
Intercultural Leadership Development

The four means of assessing this competency is through;

• Learning outcomes - integration of intercultural living and experiential learning
• Intercultural Business Leadership Forum - senior business level advice for meeting global workforce needs
• Experiential Education - an interactive learning environment Assessment
