Customs and Quarantine
Before arrival in Darwin, you will be given a customs declaration form to fill in. Please fill in the form correctly as there are severe fines for violations. Australia has strict quarantine regulations to protect itself from pests and diseases. The wisest thing to do is to declare all prohibited items or dispose them. Do not bring anything about which you are unsure.Upon disembarkation, proceed to the Entry Control Area for entry documents inspection and from thereon proceed to the baggage hall to collect your luggage.

Your Arrival
In the arrival hall, you will be greeted by a taxi driver pre-arranged by CDU.
On-campus students will be dropped off at the main office where you will be given a
guided tour of your new accommodation. It is very important that you keep the university
informed about your travel arrangements well in advance.
All new international students are required to report to the Student Facilitator (International Support) in the Uni Info Shop, on the Casuarina campus the next working
day after arrival.
