Successful business people are encouraged to settle permanently in Australia and develop new or existing businesses. The Employer Nomination Scheme and Labor Agreements allow Australian employers to recruit permanent, highly-skilled staff from overseas or from people temporarily in Australia, when the employers have been unable to fill a vacancy or there are labor market, or skill shortages in the Australia.

Our immigration agents have introduced a new immigration check for migrants who are prepared to live and work in regional Australia. From 1 June 2006, eligible people who want to come to Australia as migrants will be able to obtain a free immigration assessment.
