CLIENT REQUIREMENTS - We will require the following documents before processing your application.

• Details of completed or current studies listed in a current Resume.
• Statement of results from your University (academic records).
• Statement indicating that the internship is a requirement of your course or that it is endorsed and supported by the University or trainer.
• Statement of Work Experience Objectives and how the work experience relates to current studies or occupation.
• Evidence of financial support or training wage. This may be included in the home university letter, the training body letter or as a separate document. A rough guide could be $1,000 per month.
• Evidence of your Medical, Accident, Travel and Personal Liability Insurance.
• Evidence of AUD$500 deposit is required to confirm and activate the processing of this application.

INDEMNITY DECLARATION
By submitting the Declaration the client, agrees that Australasian Study and Travel Pty Ltd (AUSTRALIAN INTERNSHIPS), its officers, employees, representatives and agents shall not be held responsible or be under any liability as far as permitted by the law of Australia and will not make any claim against AUSTRALIAN INTERNSHIPS for the client's death, bodily injury, disability, loss, damages or property damage which may be sustained by the client or which may be caused by the client in connection with or during the period of the client's attendance at any premises owned, leased, operated or controlled by AUSTRALIAN INTERNSHIPS, the client attending activities or excursions or in any accommodation arranged for the client or at any University campus or property at which the client may be enrolled.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY Notification of cancellation of a program application must be made in writing prior to the internship arrangements. Cancellations after internship confirmation will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received after program commencement will not be eligible for a refund.
