Australia Migrant Story - Lawnmowing Business

We arrived to Australia in June 2004 and decided to purchase a lawnmowing business. We paid A$13,500, including 3-week training, 70 clients and full equipment.

Now, my husband is making approximately A$600 weekly, which is a comfortable owner income. We expect such income will cover our initial expenses in 6 months.

I am working elsewhere, but we'll most probably sell business for profit by the end of next year. We may then invest in another business.
