  1. What is a affiliation program?
    If you like to cooperate with AA or if you like to place an www.aa-education.com link on your page, we are happy to place you on your homepage as well. The AA Affiliation program offers the opportunity to receive commission payments for successful bookings via AA by placing a link of us on your page.
  2. How do I earn money with AA?
    You can register for an AA Partner program if you have website which covers Australian and/or New Zealand content and place a link or small banner of AA on your page.
  3. Do I have to pay for this service or are there any cost associated with this at all?
    The participation in the program is free of charge and can be terminated at any time.
  4. What are the advantages of the partner program:
    - No obligations and cost
    - Guaranteed 25% commission per successful booking, enrolment etc.
    - No technical requirements like PHP, Java script etc
    - Convenient email notification related to all your account activities
    - Monthly payment of your commission over 100 AUD
    Per successful booking you will be credited 25% commission on your account, which will be paid on a monthly basis once you accrued over 100 AUD.
  5. Who can participate in the partner program?
    Generally everyone who is over 18 years and obtains full responsibility in operating a website.
    AA may exclude certain homepages from participation in case of pornographic or sexual content, violence, racism, discriminating content or in case of violating against current national or international laws etc.
  6. Do I need to offer services or do I need to collect money being a partner of AA?
    No! AA manages the whole booking and billing process. Your task is only to find potential customers and associate them with the services of AA. For successful bookings, enrolments etc. you will receive a commission of 25%.
  7. Which services lead to a commission payment?
    You will receive commission payments on all paid services, which are booked via AA.
  8. How do I participate in the AA-Partner program?
    Please read the FAQ for the AA Partner program and declare your participation by completing the online application form.
    After you submitted the application your request will be reviewed by AA.
    If approved, you will receive an E-Mail with your Partner-ID and a HTML-Code
    to add to your internet site.
  9. Where and when do I receive the HTML-Codes to include marketing material on my homepage?
    You will receive the code upon approval of your application and can start immediately. You may include different Banner-Codes on request.
    Each AA-Partner will be assigned a unique enquiry form upon approval of the application. Having this form, all bookings, enrolments etc. can be registered. Your Partner-ID is included in the
    HTML-Code, which needs to be placed on your website. This enables us to recognize which partner will receive commission payments.
  10. What happens, if bookings, enrolments etc., which cam from my site will be cancelled?
    Unfortunately cancellations occur. In this case, you theoretically have to return the commission payments. To minimise the number of these cases, we pay commissions only, when the bookings have been completed and payments have been received. However, there will still remain a low risk of a cancellation.
  11. I have more than one URL. Do I need to submit each single one for the partner program?
    You may submit all URLs together or each URL separately.
  12. Can I process bookings, enrolments etc. on my website and may I send the customer and order data to AA at a later stage?
    No!
  13. Do I have to sell a minimum number?
    No. There is no minimum sales number, which you have to achieve.
  14. What is the threshold to get paid commissions?
    You will receive commissions on the 5th day of each following month once your account exceeded 100 AUD.
  15. Do I receive (as a partner) commission for services, which I use for me or my company and book it via my website?
    Of course, you will receive commission.
  16. How is the payment of commission processed?
    You will receive commissions via direct debit on the 5th day of each following month once your account exceeded 100 AUD.
    Should the threshold of AUD 100 not be achieved within one month, your credit will be forwarded into the next month.
  17. Does the visitor need to book after the first click to enable my commission payment?
    No! After the click on an AA-Link or Banner on your website, an individual enquiry form will be activated, which enables us to recognise that the customer came from your site. You automatically will receive an email, once a customer enquired via your individual form. This enables a unique association of your customer with the partner commission.
  18. Can I save and link the banners on my web space?
    No, you have to apply the codes, which you receive from us to ensure a correct billing process.
  19. May I use an Ad server or a script for banner rotation?
    You are invited to use an Adserver or a Banner-Software (Script) to show banners on your website.
  20. I run a newsletter, can I include it in my partner link as well?
    You may associate a text link or a banner to your newsletter, which activates your enquiry form and transmits your Partner-ID.
    Please send the Newsletter only to people who explicitly agreed to receive it.
    Please note that sending Spam-Emails may lead to an exclusion from the Partner program.
  21. How can I terminate my partnership?
    You may terminate the partner program at any time by sending an email to us.
